A command-line upscaling tool designed for visual stability and reproducibility. It performs progressive resampling and applies a content-aware post-processing pipeline that adapts denoising and sharpening while clamping ringing and overshoot using edge-aware constraints. Every run emits a structured report so results can be evaluated and repeated.
